Our Taijiquan beginners course aims for this very purpose: At this course, participants will experience training Taijiquan as a martial art, and its effectiveness as a holistic method for health and balanced living.

The course is suitable for adults of all ages, but participants must be reasonably healthy for daily physical exercise.
