- Standing meditation
- Regulating energy flow
- Learning Ba Duan Jin or Eight Pieces of Brocade, the
first eight patterns from the Shaolin Eighteen Lohan Hands
Expected Results
- Feel relaxed and fresh.
- Be able to tap energy from the cosmos
- Be able to generate an internal energy flow.
- Experience some chi effects, like warmth over the body, tingling
sensations at the fingers or other parts of the body or ants crawling over
the skin
