Courses outside Helsinki

We offer opportunities in Finland for chi kung- and kungfu-courses outside the capital area as well. These regional courses are more concentrated compared to our normal beginners' courses. In other words, there are typically fewer lessons with a more compact training programme.

However, again here our purpose is transmitting the same high-level Shaolin arts, so regardless of the tighter schedule we aim close to the same level as in our beginners' courses. Previous experience in chi kung or kungfu is not necessary for regional courses, although we are open to organizing courses for advanced students as well.

Courses outside Helsinki are organized with the help of willing participants. If you would like to practice Shaolin Chi Kung or Kungfu in your home town, contact us and ask more about our course offers!
